This place is great for our family, all the stylists are talented, it is in a convenient location, and we never have trouble getting same day appointment..We also love the vibe of the place and the camaraderie of the staff. They even have these great team photos on the walls that reflect the family friendly atmosphere and humor of the group. Highly recommend.
I wish we had one of these where I live! My barber Ashley did an outstanding job! She was very skilled, and the results look great! Thank you so much! I got a haircut and a beard trim. Could not be happier with the results.
While the quality of the work is good, some of the staff could improve their attitude and customer service skills. As paying customers, we should feel comfortable politely asking for a small fix or adjustment without being met with hostility or defensiveness. A more welcoming and professional approach would greatly enhance the overall experience.
Lisa over at the Visalia location of The Great American Barbershop is fantastic. Takes her time to make sure I get a perfect cut every time. Never rushed, pays attention to detail, friendly. Hands down a great experience.
