Not a cut bagel no toaster to toast it and old and moldy do not recommend
Customer service wasn’t good. I ordered a ham sandwich but kept on getting told that I ordered a turkey sandwich. I corrected them 5 times and they still said turkey. Luckily I got a ham sandwich. (They only accept credit or debit and their card scanner is kind of broken)
I'm not sure what kind of beans they use for their coffee, but it's the most bitter coffee I've had. Pass on this place.
What kind of bagel place charges $9 for an Asiago with cream cheese. They charge an extra $2.75 for cream cheese…at a bagel place. Staff was fine though!
The staff could be more friendly. After the customer in front of me ordered, the staff in charge of making the orders disappeared into their kitchen. Once I got to the cashier, the staff came back without asking me what I wanted to order. They both gave me attitude, the cashier looked at the staff, and the staff told me “you need to order here” as she looked down. It was my first time there. How could I have known when they didn’t say anything?
