It’s fine, relative to the size of the airport. Ordering is a little confusing, they have a very basic offering of cold/toasted sandwiches and light snacks. It’s not really a good sit down restaurant to wait for your flight, just a slightly better grab and go counter.
Here are some inside of this place, I just test how the service will perform with a 15% tip or without. This is a place where there is no service, you grab the sandwich prepared and go and sit in any available place in the court. That being said, the 15% tips made my ham and cheese well prepared and toast, excellent, the 0% tip made my sandwich horrible, cold and bad. Grabbed lunch here at noon on 9/10 while waiting for my flight. There was a slow moving line, but it only took about 10 minutes to place my order, and then my order was ready just a short few minutes later. I got the Cuban panini. It was delicious. The bread was beautifully toasted, the cheese inside was melted, the meat was seasoned wonderfully, and the pickles brightened up the sandwich. Great quick bite before a flight!
Just landed at Lubbock Airport and ordered 3 bagels. This is the worst excuse of cream cheese I've ever seen in my life! These are completely DRY.
At 6:00 pm I stand on line to order, 19 minutes later a lady came from the back to tell all the customers they where close to do grab and go no bagels available she was so rude about it with an attitude no customer service at all
