I love this place and their bagels! Ive been getting bagels here with my family since I was younger out in University Park. Now that they are here in Indiana im all for it! Great people and food. If this is your first time here, I recommend 2 pepperoni tomazzo bagels toasted with no cream cheese or anything else on them. Give this place a chance if your looking for a satisfactory breakfast/lunch!!
Practices deceptive pricing tactics. The asiago bagel is labeled as $3.99, however they charge $6.18 before tax. When confronted, they noted this was an upcharge because "the standard bagel with cheese is $4.59 and Asiago is a $1.59 addition". They agreed a customer will never pay $3.99, despite this being on both the inside and drive thru menu. Good bagels but will never be returning.
Thankfully after too long, GAB has returned to the Region. Good folks, good eats, and a pleasant atmosphere. Take a friend, get a sandwich and drink and relax. If you bring your dog they have a water bowl outside for them. Oh, and don't forget to check out the community board.
This is my first time visiting any Great American Bagel. The staff was very friendly and attentive, the establishment looked very clean and the food was delicious. my daughter loved the pizza bagel, the coffee with sugar free vanilla was excellent and my wife loved the hot chocolate.
