I ordered 1 breakfast sandwich, 1 holy donut, 1 bagel and coffee using my phone. They called my order number so I went up and grabbed the bag. The workers went back to their work. I looked around for my coffee but it was not there. When I asked, then they said it is self serve. I got my bag, grabbed coffee, sat down and opened the bag. stand and poke at a touch screen that takes you in loops and then gives an error message at the end. Just hire people!
Put my order in. And paid for it. They said they didn't get my order. The woman at counter was rude and dismissive. Will not go there again. Very disappointed.🤔
I religiously check Best By dates and bought 2 bottles of orange juice here that were expired. We let the employee know and she allowed us to grab new ones, then turned around and placed them back into the customer fridge. Not only is that just gross and slightly disrespectful, it’s certainly against Maine health codes to knowingly have expired product available for customer purchase.
Ordering kiosk was confusing and yes I’ve used many ordering kiosks. Person working seemed really annoyed that I asked for help. Bagel was tasteless and coffee was horrible. This will be my first and last time here.
