The quality of their bagels has plummeted the last few years. I can't patronize them anymore. It's just about inedible. It seems like each bagel could double as a tire on my car. I'm not going to go as far as saying you shouldn't go to Great American bagel anymore, you make that decision for yourself. My decision is: enough is enough. I bet I can get a better bagel at Jewel or Mariano's.
Great bagels and service
The lady at the register didn't seem very nice and made me feel as if I was not smart using a coupon I had. So just hope I dont her again. If I even go again.
Employees won't change their gloves when handling money or food . Make sure you request the staff to CHANGE GLOVES. SMH
