Bagels i took home didn't seem fresh.
I have been going to this Great American bagel for the last minimum of 10 years… I go in today because this has been happening for the last few times. Now mind you I go here at least three times a week… So this time I decided to go in because everybody has been amazing there forever and ever and ever!! Now they have this new blonde manager up in there when I ask her to actually put enough cream cheese to cover both sides. They had signs that said they opened earlier but weren't open at that time.
We went thru the drive thru. We were greeted almost immediately. The person sounded very friendly. We had an average wait time but The food was very delicious, nice and hot.
