While our past experiences with your services have been satisfactory, the current situation falls considerably short of expectations. We confirmed towing arrangements for this morning; however, it is now nearly 11:00 AM, and we have yet to receive any communication or service. Repeated attempts to contact your company since 8:00 AM have only reached voicemail. We require an immediate explanation for this operational failure. We value our past positive experiences and wish to continue using your services.

John has left FYI! Came for a 9am oil change, was told it would be a 2 ½ hour job at twice the price John would charge. John would do it in 30 minutes. You can sell the company, but not the service!
