Beautiful charcuterie board for our wedding. Our guests really enjoyed it. The quality/presentation of the board was also great. We were a little confused afterwards when we were told the whole fruit (apples and oranges) were for the board, and not for decoration. I've never had a whole apple on a charcuterie board. Maybe I'm missing something? We didn't realize we paid for a whole fruit option?
Amazing food and prices! With being the team mom for BMS football, Lorie catered all our food for our away games. Everything was packed for each player. They all enjoyed it this season!
Took a charcuterie class from Lorie. It was great! Lorie shared her tips for a well balanced board and techniques to make it beautiful. She helped us create beautiful boards made with quality meats and cheeses. I highly recommend! My board is a work of art, thanks to Lorie ☺️
