WOW! If you are looking for customer service, you found the right company. Graze was given the wrong address for delivery of a charcuterie board. When we went to the address it was delivered to..nope...it was gone and no one saw it...mmmm We chalked it up to they must have needed it more than us. I am in Toronto and I was looking for a healthy food treat to send as a birthday present to a housebound relative in Calgary. I am so pleased that I found The Graze. They put together the perfect small charcuterie box with a mix of ingredients that perfectly fit my wish list. And then, they added a few things and personally went to delivery it to make sure that, no matter how long it took him to get to the door, it got into his hands. I have had the pleasure of having many charcuterie boards from The Graze and I’ve been over the moon impressed every time with how fresh it is, how beautiful the boards were and how flavourful the food always is.
