I had received a graze box after the birth of my first child and it was exactly what I needed. So gorgeous and so filling! So when a good friend welcomed her baby, I placed an order right away. Let's say I am terrible at multitasking. I placed an order while juggling my own kiddos and got a few bits of info wrong. Including a delivery date a month out. WOW! If you are looking for customer service, you found the right company. Graze was given the wrong address for delivery of a charcuterie board. When we went to the address it was delivered to..nope...it was gone and no one saw it...mmmm We chalked it up to they must have needed it more than us. But Graze took it upon themselves to get our correct address and deliver another board for us. They didnt need to do that..they delivered to the right address they were given.
