When I moved in my apartment was not ready blinds missing , light cover missing , a whole inside the tub , random wires sticking out something that looks like mold outside of the patio. I’m a cleaner so cleaning that won’t be a problem but that was my experience , I’ll update when I’ve lived there a little longer but the ladies in the office are super nice and try to do there best so for that I’m greatful

Mr. Kenny, the gentleman that works in maintenance has always been very helpful and responsive to my maintenance requests. Very helpful and understanding!
Mr. Kenny moved fast on a plumbing emergency for me from beginning to end. He was helpful in keeping us calm in a hectic situation and made sure I was straight after everything was done. Thank you
