They didn’t fix anything it still isn’t working properly
The process for scheduling a tour is completely digital. If you attempt to contact the leasing office you will not be able to reach a human. When you leave a message you do not get a call back. When you respond to the text messages it’s obvious that’s an AI agent and it can’t answer most questions. If someone had contacted me before hand I could have avoided a visit since the apartment i was interested in was not available for viewing.
