Mr. Kenny, the gentleman that works in maintenance has always been very helpful and responsive to my maintenance requests. Very helpful and understanding!
Mr. Kenny moved fast on a plumbing emergency for me from beginning to end. He was helpful in keeping us calm in a hectic situation and made sure I was straight after everything was done. Thank you
Customer service 00000000 the lady with the orange hair was on hit phone with IT so she couldn’t give me a tour so she made me find the unit. I immediately knew I wasn’t going to like this place based off of the customer service. I understand life happens and some people have rough days but it just wasn’t a good first impression, also I didn’t even tour the unit I walked in and immediately said no. There were white refrigerators and it smelt like someone had been smoking in there. This is just MY point of view of the apartme... read more
