The current management team and maintenance staff are an improvement from 2023. Maintenance has been more responsive than in the past. Kenny is a great addition to the team. Finally hiring the maintenance manager from within has resulted in improvements. Chastity is a strong customer service focused Property manager.
If I could rate negative stars, I would! This place is a complete JOKE! Nothing but money hungry management, whom are faker than monopoly money! They will pacify and patronize you, having you to believe they will rectify an issue when in actuality YOU are just a paycheck to them when they close up shop for the day and go to their comfy safe homes! Those amenities you pay for?? Don't count on using them. The pool was closed all summer due to "maintenance and/or inspection". The valet trash you are paying for? They come whenev... read more
When I tell you the people there the director me Kyle is wonderful I tell you the apt was beautiful and the grounds were well kept the office was beautiful and the pool was clean and beautiful there I felt peaceful just being there I look forward to to moving there all the staff was wonderful there even the young lady that did the tour of the place thank you so much for allowing me to come Ms Robin Price
