Their customer service stinks My mother in law recently well actually about 3 years ago purchased a wood burning stove from these people. And every year she has the same problem the pilot light goes out and they have to come out and fix it. Well it happened again and she is having major house repairs done right now and this is her only source of heat. They told her after she went all weekend wiht no heat that they would be there monday morning to fix it. They never even bothered to show up knowing this was her only heat sour... read more

expensive prices not good service I bought a stove here looks like a woodburning stove but runs on gas and I've had nothing but problem after problem. Don't get me wrong the staff has been very helpful but mine broke down again the next day after the guy came to fix it and let me tell you these are not cheap they run about $4,000 for a nice one which is what I thought I was getting. but no i would not recommend any one buy one of these for the price it's not worth it.
