I can’t believe that this business only has the rating that it does! I have had nothing but excellent care from Jeremy, who jumped in to help me mid-way through the season when the first company I hired took our payment and then disappeared. As I was away from home, I recently called grasshopper and he dropped everything to help me out. We were closed for the holidays and he managed to clear the driveway before our client arrived 💪

Apparently in too much of a hurry to STOP for a stop sign in residential area when its dark out and people are clearing snow. No near miss but ignorant in my neighborhood with no sidewalk. (Dyana and Pottinger)

I’ve had grasshopper lawn care for 3 years. Lawn care has been great. Last year for snow removal was excellent. He always arrived in a timely manner and often would come back to do the end of my driveway again. Excellent services

This is a small business that is owned by a local resident. I've never had any issues with Jeremy with his snow removal, in fact, there are numerous homes on my street that uses his services throughout the year (lawn and snow). As he promised, he always comes within the prescribed timeframe (within 7 hours after snow stops). Sometimes he would drop by during the snowfall, and will return to clear again a second time on busier days.
