Great customer service. I'm not sure what others were complaining about. I guess you need to understand the business a little better. Unless you are buying from the 1,000 acre+ farms, the grass often needs to be sourced. If there is widespread rain during late spring, then it is difficult to get back on track quickly. Great, hard-working family. I'm definitely going to order again when my yards are prepped and irrigation is run (before I die, perhaps).
These guys are terrible. I called every day this week and did everything they told me to do to secure my order. I texted the number they told me to text, and no communication. I confirmed my order and they said they didn’t see it. I sent a screenshot of the text. Then they acted totally nonchalant about it. Said not desire why no one put your order in the calendar. First 7 pallets of floratam was great. Bought a second pallet. Great. Bought another pallet. Terrible, grass was brown button 4 layers We're all broken up. I contacted them. No reply. I spent over 2000 with them. Don't think I'll use them again, since no one contacted me.
