The last two times he worked in my yard, he punctured a big hole as well as scraped off the siding on my garage. I contacted him and he said he would come over to look at it but after another text, he ghosted me and I never heard from him again! This is horrible customer service and not a way to run a business.
We needed someone to mow while we got our mower fixed and he was already mowing our neighbors and doing a great job. We had him mow our yard a few times and every time the yard looked good and everything was cleaned up when he was done. Whenever someone asks me for a mowing guy I give them his name and number.
