I needed my lawn mowed, and I found The Grass Guy, so I got ahold of him to ask him how much he would charge to mow/weed eat. His price was very reasonable, and I asked him if he could mow the same day. He gladly agreed to help me, and I’m so grateful for him. I live in a mobile home community, and he is familiar with their expectations, and he didn’t hesitate to mow the grass as low as they require. The last two times he worked in my yard, he punctured a big hole as well as scraped off the siding on my garage. I contacted him and he said he would come over to look at it but after another text, he ghosted me and I never heard from him again! This is horrible customer service and not a way to run a business.
We needed someone to mow while we got our mower fixed and he was already mowing our neighbors and doing a great job. We had him mow our yard a few times and every time the yard looked good and everything was cleaned up when he was done. Whenever someone asks me for a mowing guy I give them his name and number.
