Super happy we chose the Grant for our week stay in Savannah. Our room was beautiful yet simply designed. Loved the rustic / modern charm too! More than enough space for all 5 of us and everything we'd need to stay in although the delish dining options In walking distance, made that hard to do. Loved the setting and location, Just a little outside noise but we expected that due to busy downtown location. All-N-all; LOVED the whole experience and will definitely be returning, soon hopefully. Y'all gotta check this place out!!
The apartment was very nice! Tall ceilings! Very comfortable and CLEAN! Loved the bedroom; it was nice and dark when the doors were shut. Walking distance of our interests. The only drawback was parking. We parked in a garage 3 blocks away.
TRASH situation all around here! We booked this place under one price of $72 however we were then charged $377 after receiving a confirmation stating $72 Confirmation attached dated 3/25/25 We immediately thought this was fraud and canceled well before our stay. Called The Grant… which seemed to be a ‘call center’ for many Airbnb’s…. and of course the fraudulent group doesn’t do refunds. Sometimes you just have to laugh. Don’t let this happen to you.
Ridiculous the break down and Property fees on top of the price per night. Example: 2 nights CA $110 per night including CA $220 Taxes & fees CA $88 Property fee CA $272 TOTAL: CA 580
Our stay was amazing and we can’t wait to plan the next trip but for fun not for work!!! The property was beautiful and the location and the staff were all perfect!
