After installation there was an issue. I personally should have brought it up sooner but the installers should have also not been happy with the install. I contacted the owner later and stated that I could not live with the mistake and asked for a remedy with me also stating that I would compensate the company for addressing the issue. The owner said he wished that I would have called him sooner but he would make sure that things were right with the countertops.
