Literally the worst customer service experience. Waited a full 3 minutes to be helped while the guy chatted with his coworker,ordered the part and never heard back. When I called to inquire they told me the order had been cancelled. They were supposed to call when the part came in
didn't know if they're open to the public - they are! I expected to have to order parts for my frost-free valve but they had them stock. good experience - i recommend! thanks wel and josh, you were very helpful.
Dave and Randy are the best i go in not sure what I'm talking about and they set me up right every time
Walked in not knowing what half the items I needed were called and they helped me find everything I needed.
