Very disappointed. Ordered fixtures from their showroom, was told would only be 2 weeks. 1 month later, turns out items were never ordered! Back and forth with false promises and more delays. Cost us more money to have to reschedule finishing of our bath project.
I had been trying to replace a hand held shower head for my claw foot tub I purchased many years ago, and called several places, and spoke with different representatives with no success. My issue was not resolved, even after I spent plenty of time taking pics and finding part numbers which I shared. Brenden of the Granite Group, stuck with me, and was able to replace the correct part after putting in the effort of repeated attempts with the company.
