Unprofessional and unapologetic! – I called Granite and Marble Depot after looking at their website which looks quite professional. I called them to have an estimator come out and measure our fireplace surround to give us a quote for granite. I made an appointment with a man named William who sounded very friendly. His schedule seemed really tight so I agreed to leave work early to meet him at my home on a Friday afternoon at 5:30pm. Friday afternoon at 5:30pm comes around and William is no where to be found.
