Children's emergency unit I cannot fault, needed to pay a visit after being recommended by 111. So glad I decided the extra 10 min drive to the Grange rather than the Heath. The waiting room was clean and calm, we were seen so quickly. Every member of staff was kind, listened to me and did their job wonderfully. Parents seem to be cared for as well as the patient, which I didnt expect e.g. refreshments available via a sign and I was asked if I needed anything. My wife gave birth here last November. I could not speak highly enough of our experience. The staff were unbelievable! The rooms we were given were brilliant, everything was clean and we just had no complaints at all. Thankyou to all the staff who helped!
The wait times maybe on long side BUT the staff & care I got last Sunday & yesterday was worth the wait. Thank you to the doctors & nurses that work so hard
Waited 7hrs in A&E for you to just check my blood pressure twice... to then be told it would be a 9hr wait before i could see a doctor... absolutely shocking
I’ve given birth here, been here multiple times with my baby and the doctors/midwives and nurses are very caring
