Loved the clinic! Everything is faultless. The booking process was excellent. Fabulous clinic for private consultations and procedures. Such professionalism, care and attention, I was made to so feel at ease and comfortable. I would highly recommend Mrs Harper-Machin for her wonderful bedside manner and excellent surgical skills, along with her team of wonderful nurses and admin staff who all go above and beyond to make your visit smooth and successful.
I had an upper blepharoplasty at the Grange Clinic - the procedure was smooth from start to finish - staff were the best and very friendly - I am over the moon with my eyes and I wish I had done it years ago - 100% the best.
Having been told bluntly by a hospital surgeon that I would require a skin graft, which would leave me permanently scarred, I sought another opinion. Mrs Harpur Machin took another view, and operated sensitively and carefully, needing no graft and leaving no permanent scar at all. Thank you Mrs Harpur Machin and your team, absolutely brilliant.
A calming and comfortable environment plus the warmth of the staff is next level. As a 74year old gentleman I couldn't ask for better service. Superb care and expertise from Mrs Harper-Machin and JoJo following a recent graft. I'm so happy with my result. I can't thank you all enough.
