Thank you for hosting the Ontario Racing event on September 25, 2025. I want to commend you and your organization on providing such a wonderful venue. The meeting room was bright, with good acoustics, comfortable chairs and tables. The lunch was excellent with very good soup and sandwiches and of course your wait staff is always pleasant and efficient. The whole meeting area, washrooms are very clean. What an outstanding venue for conferences and meetings. Dave Drew
Highly recommend the VIP Patio Party experience, especially for young families. Nothing like sitting right on the track! Add on top of that a private barn tour, delicious meal, and games / grab bags for the kids! This was truly a wonderful family experience and I would highly recommend to other parents.
Love this new venue. It was my first time doing an event here. We brought out an arcade setup with some carnival games and soft serve ice cream for a Wedding. It was a ton of fun. The guests and bride & groom loved it as well as the staff. And speaking of the staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and easy to work with. The food was fantastic. We recently held our Company summer event at The Grand River Raceway in Elora. The prices were very reasonable, they had space reserved inside and outside for us. Dinner was great and Chef was very accommodating for our employees with dietary restrictions. Lindsey was so good to work with, she ensured everything was in order when we arrived, that we knew how the evening would flow and we had a secondary contact if we needed anything. I just had the baptism of my two girls at The GrandWay Events Centre and I was more than pleased how everything turned out. The food was amazing even my guests commented on how fresh and tasty it was. Brittany Newman was amazing, easy to talk to and very helpful. I would totally recommend this venue. Thank you Brittany ;)
