Our experience here was truly amazing, and I really can’t recommend this place and its staff enough. From the beginning, we felt so comfortable knowing we could reach out to the nurse Rachel anytime about our mom’s care - literally at any hour. I recently visited the community and was so impressed by how happy, welcoming, and friendly everyone was! You can truly feel the warmth throughout the community. Morgan is always out and about, spending time with the residents, and it’s wonderful to see the genuine connections she has with them. Such a beautiful community with caring people
I can’t say enough wonderful things about Grandview of Chisholm Trail Senior Living! The staff has been absolutely amazing, and Michela has been especially wonderful. She has been so caring, helpful, and attentive throughout the entire experience. You can truly tell that she cares about the residents and their families. We are so grateful for everything she does. The community itself is beautiful, and the reception staff is always friendly and welcoming. Levi, the Sales Specialist we met with, was the reason we felt comfortable choosing this community for my mother-in-law after a medical situation left her unable to return home on her own. Although he is no longer there, his compassion, professionalism, and reassurance made us feel confident that we were making the right decision for our loved one. I was very much impressed during my tour yesterday of The Grandview. It's a beautiful facility in a great location. Everyone that I met was kind and seemed happy to be there. Karlie was really great. She was knowledgeable and professional. I also met the nurse care manager. Very sweet lady.
