The Grandview has the best views in Tampa. It's a very well maintained condo building with 4 elevators to service only 63 units. You never wait for an elevator. There are 4 pools shared with The Post, so there is always a very quiet pool to relax in, or another if you want to be more social. The gym is really nice as it was recently remodeled. I decided not to purchase here because there are some glaringly obvious flaws to this building. Issues 1-4, there's no pool, clubhouse, fitness center or parking in or owned by the building. To try to make up for this, they've contracted with the less than premium apartment complex next door to use their facilities. The apartment complex is mainly college students and is exceedingly reminiscent of a party dorm especially on the weekends.
