While we had a nice weekend at The Grand, it did not live up to the 5-star experience we've had in the past. This was disappointing, as we paid a premium, even without the spa facilities. On the positive side, the concierge service was brilliant; a staff member even walked down the street to meet us and help with our bags. Siri, our waitress at Rise, was also exceptional, and the food at the restaurant was excellent. However, several issues overshadowed our stay.
