Currently staying here because my partner booked a getaway for our 15 year anniversary. Staff are 10/10, polite professional and welcoming. Location 10/10. However unfortunately I am writing this through lack of sleep. Although the room is a nice standard room for a 5* hotel, the mattress is extra firm and not comfortable at all. There seems to have been previously attempts made to help this with mattress toppers but unfortunately to no avail.
Amazing from all aspects. Great hotel.
Wow wow wow, we went for husbands 70th birthday couldn't have chosen better stunning hotel five minutes from city centre. Staff were polite and courteous it was perfect will definitely go again
Our home from home! Not one thing not to love- this is 5 star excellence
