Night time receptionist is extremely sexist and rude to women. Called me stupid and yelled at me for not seeing the singular no parking sign that was hidden in the corner with pedestrians standing in front of it so I couldnt see it at all. No signs posted in the actual parking spot (which is legally required in OOB according to the police) and demanded I pay him 250$ to take the boot off. They do this intentionally to scam people. OOB has gone in the toilet.
Disclaimer: We stayed in Unit #407 and recommend to avoid this one - Condos are privately owned so other units may be better. Pros: Very close proximity to beach and food options, on-site parking, indoor pool, nice and responsive personnel encountered both within the management company and at the front office, condo unit was sufficiently clean upon arrival, luggage carts provided for transporting large or multiple items to condo. I was meeting someone briefly at The Pier and the only convenient place to park was at this location. After my quick meeting I came back to my vehicle and found it disabled by a 'Boot' installed by the Hotel. They demanded $250 in cash for 'Illegal Parking'. The only sign for 'Private Parking' was located next to the driveway entrance up very high. They were very discourteous and not negotiable to a disabled Veteran.
