Excellent customer service for that special designer piece! Komal took care of the shipping from California to Toronto and even had the piece altered to my size quickly and beautifully!
Most fashion-savvy people would agree that the San Francisco Bay Area is slim pickings when it comes to shopping for quality and current Indian clothing. There is really no need to go to India and shop especially when there is a place like The Grand Trunk! I was really impressed by the product and the service that I received! I was worried about my order as there was a lot of customization involved, but Komal took all the specifications correctly and my piece was just perfect!! I would highly recommend this place to shop especially for the quality & service!
Extremely pleased with the shopping experience at TGT. Komal worked with me to get me what I wanted, I placed the order on the phone from NY. The process was seamless and she ensured the outfit was delivered before time. I loved the outfit and it fit me very well (with me being preggers :-))
