We love it here!! We lost our apartment last year in Hurricane Milton, we had to find a place that was affordable, pleasant, and local to our lives... This complex has checked all the boxes that others could not. Jesse helped us with our applications, we had so many questions and concerns, and he was very patient with our worries. This is the worst place I have ever lived. They reel you in with the pristine model unit but I doubt you'll see your apartment before signing a lease, and it won't look similar. Large floor plans and granite countertops but that's where "luxury" begins......and ends. Our utilities were over $700/mo. Our water bill, which is supposed to be included in the rent, is actually billed separately by management. I lived at the Grand Reserve for 2 years, fire alarm always going off. Set over 20 service requests, called and nothing got done. After talking with the neighbors the tenant before me moved out for the same reason. I called the fire department and went to the fire inspector in Clearwater and nothing got done. Gates are always broken and have not been oiled for years. When I spoke directly to the manager Iris she would always tell me how these problems effected her kids. Nice size apartments. The staff at the leasing office are helpful but there is only so much they can do. The noise level from upstairs neighbor makes this unbearable. If you are unlucky enough to be on the 1st or 2nd floor and the person living above you is thoughtless GOOD LUCK getting any peace.
