Terrible leasing office. Extremely unorganized, inconsistent, and incompetent. When we moved out, they tried to nickel and dime us for anything and everything. We were good tenants that never caused issues. Always paid on time, no complaints, and probably left the place in better shape than when we got in there. They wouldn’t accept our notice of lease non-renewal as we had to send it multiple times for them to finally place our unit on notice. My experience with The Grand Reserve has been great. Julissa was professional, accommodating, and knowledgeable. She made the move-in process easier than any of my previous experiences and was always available to help.
This place is so bad. After several weeks of going back and forth about mold and termites in my place and being told through chat gpt emails from the leasing office that things would be handled… nothing is actually being handled. I am sick and tired of living where the “mold treatment” is them simply painting over it. It’s so bad that it has grown onto my couch that I bought brand new when I moved in here.
