Julissa has been amazing through my whole moving process and everything that I've needed
RACOONS IN WALLS. HOLE IN MY CEILING FOR MONTHS. MOLDY WATER DRIPPING ON MY NEWBORN FROM THE CEILING LEAK. WINDOWS LEAKING WATER WHEN IT RAINS! TERMITES EVERYWHERE! THEY SCAM YOU BY CHARGING TWO INSURANCE COST FEES. DRYER BROKEN FOR MONTHS. SINKING FLOOR THAT I WAS TOLD WAS ONE STEP FROM ME FALLING THROUGH THE FLOOR WHILE I WAS PREGNANT!!!!
My time was short here as I was in the process of buying a house, but Tammie (Assistant Property Manager), Julissa (Leasing Agent), and Orlando (Maintenance) were all wonderful to work with and were always friendly, helpful, and responsive. They made the stay great. The move-out process was quick and easy, and I received my refund check back very quickly as well.
My Wife and I recently moved into our new home here at The Grand Reserve at Park Isle. We absolutely Love It here! It is very well maintained and the maintenance is great. Julissa (sales) helped us from the beginning to our move in date and did an outstanding job!!! She is super nice and very helpful. We loved working with her.
