Grand Regal is Amazing. They are always very polite and take care of all of our needs. This is our home away from home. Awesome family environment. We go 3-5 times a year.
Room needs to be updated. But still a lovely place to stay.
We filled out registration online prior to our arrival indicating our check in time of 4pm. When we arrived there was one lady working the desk, attempting to check people in (most of which had done online check in) answer the phone and deal with paperwork. I counted 15 people including myself waiting for someone to text the check in lady to say rooms/ cottages were released and the go ahead to give out room keys. Absolutely. Great place to visit family oriented. Plenty of food. Music and dancing on friday and saturday nights.
It’s very nice however the bathroom shower is not kid friendly and the floors need to be mopped daily because they were really not so clean. Other than that. It was beautiful. We enjoyed it is right on the beach. I can’t say more. It was very nice. Enjoy our stay.
