Horrible experience the lady in charge is super rude to my guests: They up charge for everything after you sign your contract, very scammy. They guards at the door don’t do anything but judge you when you walk in, can’t even be bothered to open the door for elderly people. Would not recommend they are not a “luxurious “ ballroom at all.
Terrible experience. Staff was rude and management was unprofessional, charging extra for everything after signing the contract. Vendors were treated poorly, and communication was awful. Definitely not recommended.
We had our event here and it ended up being far more expensive than expected. There are extra fees for everything—Photobooth, outside bartender, hall charges—and it adds up quickly. I also paid for 100 extra plates at $20 each, and a large portion of the food was wasted. The restrictions they place on clients are excessive. The venue may look nice, but the management and service were incredibly unprofessional. Plans changed repeatedly between the rehearsal and the wedding day, including last-minute reversals right before the bridal party walked in, creating confusion and unnecessary stress. Dinner service was unacceptable. Many guests were never served food despite proper RSVPs and enough meals being available.
