It was extremely hot during a recent event I attended. Unfortunately, I didn't noticed the thermostat was set at 77 (in August) because it was right over our table until I got ready to leave because it was so hot. Even the DJ kept mentioning it was hot. I was a guest at the event and I am surprised the owner did not adjust the thermostat to accommodate at least two hundred plus people for the event. Otherwise, it was a nice venue and great customer service by the staff serving.

We hosted a Quinceañera event , and it was absolutely magical. The staff was attentive from day one, helping us with everything the experience was top-notch . Highly recommend for anyone looking for a lovely stress-free venue.”
I am filing this complaint regarding a recent event at The Grand Ivy Point, where the owner/operator attempted to scam us and did not honor the terms of our signed contract. The contract clearly outlined the price and time for the venue rental, yet the business attempted to charge us an additional $250 per hour and later tried to demand $1,166, which was not in the agreement.
