The Grand has the absolute WORST management I have ever had to endure. The "amenities" were almost NEVER available because they are too cheap to fix them, but yet are so money hungry to charge ridiculous fees any chance they get. They make empty promises. I hope the managers/owners make some serious changes, because i've never heard a good thing said about the apartments/management. I’m not one to write a review about something but I lived here for 3 years so here’s my experience. Pros- price is decent big pool (never clean) Dog park, gym, most houses are spatial, top speed internet, next to campus, onsite officer, maintainence is solid. Cons- management was awful they ruined my time there, I had shitty roommates my second year and one my third year. They didn’t care about any issues and charged me with anything they could.
