Before my daughter moved in we read reviews about getting nickeled and dimed at this facility. Have to say they have very shady billing practices and zero ethics. Buyer/renter beware.
Extremely Disappointing Experience. I was charged for something that staff failed to properly inspect. When I spoke with the leasing manager and requested a copy of the inspection report for my unit, she was unable to provide any documentation, yet the charge remains on my account.
