I’ve lived in a couple of different complexes, and Cody is by far the nicest maintenance tech I have met. Very responsive and does the job right!
The gym is nice as well as the theater/study area. Cody with maintenance has to be one of the best around. I submitted 5 work orders and they were all done that day!
Cody is quick, does good work, and always polite. He fixed my AC within 30 minutes on a Saturday! Great maintenance man!
I want to give a big shoutout to the maintenance team Terry, Cody, and Andy. Every time I’ve needed help in my apartment, they’ve been quick to respond, professional, and very friendly. They always explain what they’re doing, fix things the right way the first time, and leave the space clean when they’re finished.
