I can’t believe that this run down neighborhood costs what it does. Terrible. They don’t maintain their property
It’s called the grand cause that’s what they will try to squeeze out of you when you move out. TAKE PICTURES WHEN YOU MOVE IN!! Overall, I had an affordable functional apartment to rent for two lease terms. My move out experience has ruined that however. The maintenance was always kind and had great service, and the staff does what they can. The management is subpar at best. Conveniently not on site and very, very slow to reply. If you enjoy possibly being charged at the end of your lease for damage that existed before your move-in, this may be the place for you. In my experience, the property had numerous maintenance issues that were present when I moved in, including poorly patched walls with mismatched paint, damage to the front door and frame, and other cosmetic defects that I documented with photos.
