This location has been good to me, being so close to work. Due to the financial climate it is imperative to do your due diligence to find the best price. Be aware that your money is what these places need so do not be afraid to refuse extra charges. Or go to a competing location. Everyone needs everyone’s else’s money. Nothing personal, as a consumer that makes just enough to live. I just want to empower people to use their voices. This is a great place to live, no complaints.

This apartment is very far from “ Luxury” The hallways and stairs are DISGUSTING! I don’t know how they give tours like that , the big trash bend across my apartment looks like animals live in it. The pest control doesn’t work with whatever they spray. The gate seems to always be open and broken so just anyone can come into the complex leaving no privacy. They don’t know who parks where and they don’t tow cars , so if someone is in your parking spot that you pay for , they don’t care.
The sun is brutal we need shades in the windows!! Update, this used to be a very clean place. The trash has tripled since I took this picture. That area is bulk furniture but everyone throws their trash in and it’s overflowing. The dog waste never gets emptied most of them don’t have bags. It’s bad enough not everyone picks up their dog waste now they have a reason not to pick it up. Gates have been broken since December and there is no update on them. Inviting all kinds of people to come and use the pool.
Maravillosos apartamentos con un entorno e instalaciones muy bonitas y bien cuidadas. Los encargados en la office son muy amables y resuelven todos los problemas de manera rápida y eficaz!!!! Sin duda… el mejor lugar para vivir en Manor
