Lived here 3.5 years, was first tenant in the unit when the building was first opened. First couple years were pretty good. Typical leasing company, but the management had fun activities for the community every month, sometimes had food trucks come to the property. Tenants were generally clean, quiet and courteous. Then it was sold to Presidium and that's when it went to crap. Wonderful staff who listen and do their best to help with their available resources. Maintenance has been on point and response, overall very satisfied.
Been here since Jan 2024. Quiet and comfortable. Easy access to 290 and quick drive to work. Apartment itself is nice too. No complaints.
I had such a great experience with Lizette! She was very professional and knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a new home!
