I was very happy in the Grand, the maintenance team is pretty fast to fix everything you need, the management are kind and understanding. The manager I met was always available in case one of the other folks were busy with clients. My only complaint was the neighbors, some of them threw away trash with liquids, so every time the valet trash passed by the hall were cover in disgusting liquids. Other than that the neighborhood was quiet, and familiar.
