Great community! Office staff is great. Rae is a great leasing she gave me the best tour and the management staff they are so helpful. I love the admittees here are great as well pool table, huge gym, sparkling pool area and great food places in the area as well.
Worst management ever and I've lived all over the country. They act bothered just by talking to them. I've only seen them nice when people are there looking to rent. The last management were amazing, friendly and everyone said hi and people hung out and played pool. Not anymore. And maintenance will eventually get around to fix it orders. We told them to call first and let us know. We have kids and a big dog. They don't. I've had maintenance knock without prior warning, my dog barking like crazy and they let themselves in. I have been living in The Grand since April 2024. I have a 2/2 with a pool view and I absolutely love my apartment. I feel safe here and it's a great location, easy to commute to work and back and forth to Houston. We have had some changes with management and maintenance staff, but I will say Rene is my guy! He is always helpful and friendly and I am happy I resigned my lease and call this place home for a little while longer!
Building maintenance has been awful lately. There’s a puddle daily in front of building 1 for months and still no fixes.
The brunch and previous events are AWESOME! Candy Jo is an outstanding host. Both Rene and Rae are fun to hang out with. Love it here!
