Whether it is the loud kids running through the halls at night, lack of communication (until enough complaints were received), to constantly being bothered by loud vehicles revving their engines, to an open entry gate providing barely any security against anyone that may want to come in, to rarely ever having working coffee (despite them saying in a review a week ago that it is back up and running 24 hours a day), and lastly, having to see people who forsake a bed, deciding to fornicate in public within view of families on a... read more
Beautiful and luxurious both inside and out, perfect location right next to La Centerra and 99, and some of the friendliest staff I’ve interacted with especially Diana. The river view is amazing and reminds me of my home state back up north. I couldn’t imagine the coffee being the only bad thing you’d have to say about the property and the amazing team that supports it 😉
