Rachelle, Diana, and Valerie are top notch. Can’t find better. Place is beautiful but don’t stay on 99 side likely to noisy for you also I like place to stay secure at all times and it’s when it’s not that knocks score down a bit. Other items I don’t care for is how long it takes for them to address problems that are known. Also had 2 four wheel dolly stolen from dock area. Unreal moving companies apparently coming in and out. Cameras in dock area should have addressed but unfortunately did not. 🤦♂️

Absolutely love this property! Such beautiful amenities, pristine Floorplan options, and the office staff is nothing short of amazing! Special shout out to Rachelle. RPM definitely left the property in great hands.
Valerie gave me a wonderful tour of the apartment and explained everything in detail. She was friendly, professional, and made the experience very enjoyable. The apartment itself is beautiful, and I really appreciated her help!
Patricia made my move-in process seamless and was always available to answer any questions I had quickly. Extremely kind staff and very lucky to have them be able to assist with any questions that arise. Well maintained and nice property in a great location!
