Older blonde lady working at the pool is always very rude. No one was around to help us put an umbrella up, so we had to do it ourselves. The hole to put the hook in is about 8 feet tall so no one can reach it without standing on something. We had to stand on the table to reach it and the lady yelled at us not to stand on it. She also made like we broke something when we didn’t. I would like to see how she would put an umbrella up without standing on something, but it appears she doesn’t help and is only there to be rude. I absolutely LOVE this place! There is no other place like it here in NJ. We have stayed here many times in the past 10 years and it is such an amazing place to stay. You truly don't even feel like you are in NJ!!! Love it!
Amazing place
Never stayed there, but we went to the coffee shop every morning to purchase coffee and a muffin which were always very good. One morning, the muffin was stale and dry. We mentioned it to the worker, and he was very dismissive and nasty. It was only a muffin, so no big deal, but wouldn’t expect that in a resort that is considered high end. Lacking professionalism.
