Amazing place
Never stayed there, but we went to the coffee shop every morning to purchase coffee and a muffin which were always very good. One morning, the muffin was stale and dry. We mentioned it to the worker, and he was very dismissive and nasty. It was only a muffin, so no big deal, but wouldn’t expect that in a resort that is considered high end. Lacking professionalism.

Unit 111 is dated and needs new furniture in master bedroom especially and the outdoor furniture is so old it looks like it’s been there for 15 years. The place needs an extra good cleaning inside and out. I had to call several times for broken bed frame to come and pick all the weeds off the deck. ( pix will show you) We cut our vac short by 1 day because I couldn’t stand being in a dirty place. The Grand itself is a great place we have rented here many of times not this unit.
