Very happy living here since April. Repairs are timely and staff are friendly. Beautiful space with bay views that are absolutely stunning!
Management and the maintenance team are always quick to respond, security as well. It's a beautiful apartment building with great amenities.
If there's one thing I HATE it's a thief and even worse one that's living in your complex! Residences need a key fob to have access to the lobby, mail room ect. So when a picture of your package is sent to you dropped off near the mail room and you get home and it's not there and that's exactly what happened to me this past weekend. It's %100 I'm not renewing this lease at the end of the year, that's if I don't break the lease. I pay to much to be living among thieves and people who can't clean up after themselves. I've had and still a positive experience with The Management people are communicative, professional, and handle maintenance requests effectively. I appreciate their attention to the residents' needs.
Living at the Dylan is mixed. Overall we have been pretty happy as the apartment itself is nice and the view is stellar. On the downside, the apartments are not very well soundproofed so it is impossible to escape noise from adjoining neighbors and the hallway. Package delivery and building access are nothing short of huge inconveniences. We have unfortunately been the victims of several package thefts to the extent I will no longer have deliveries made to my residence which is a huge burden.
