The best thing about this community are the residents.
The apartment community is clean, quiet, well-maintained, and feels like a safe place to live. Thanks to Terrisha, who has been incredibly helpful throughout the entire leasing process. She is friendly, professional, and always willing to answer questions and make sure everything goes smoothly. Nichole has also been very helpful and kind whenever I've needed assistance. I truly appreciate their excellent customer service.
This apartment building is by far the nicest around. I toured dozens of complexes and buildings from Stockton to hercules and youbwont find a nicer place. The staff are extremely helpful, kind and courteous. The building is kept spotless by the maintenance people. Chris the service and maintenance tech is on his game and fixes any issues you may have quickly and proffesionally. Lovely location first off ! Gym within the apartment complex which has more than enough for you to get a great workout in. The people that live here are amazing, food spots are amazing, wine room and game room with grill access, TOP TIER! This place is pretty pricey but worth it in my opinion. The only reason I went three stars is first off..the parking situation. My wife & I moved in together but they only offered us one parking pass, & the other we had to pay $100 a month for. 2nd the delivery system is kind of crazy. Peop... read more
