Where to even start with how wonderful this venue is. From the first time we toured to our wedding day Ed and Colleen were amazing. Colleen even messaged me back 2 night before the wedding at 11pm to change seating plans. They are so flexible,affordable, and professional. Every gues at our wedding said how amazing all the food was especially the Mac and cheese and pull pork. When picking a venue for any occasion the grand at 1600 is where to go. If I could give them a -* I would. Ed and Colleen are completely unprofessional. My group promptly gave them $2,400,00 when due. That was prior to the Pandemic. Our function was scheduled for 5/16/2020. It couldn't be held nor rescheduled. Ed and Colleen are not addressing our request for a refund. These are unprecedented times. Refunds might not have honored during "normal" times, but present conditions call for different policies. Ed and Colleen were a lot nicer when we booked and paid.
