I have aa 700 credit score. I have two medical bills on my credit report. I have no evictions, No criminal background issues, Never been sued or sued by a landlord. I was denied because I have a disability. Do not waste your time with Blue Creek Management. They are not local. They have no local office just a P.O. Box. They are stealing people's Application fees.
This rental company, Blue Creek Management, is not transparent with the application process. I have never submitted applications where they didn't give consideration to the first completed application in process
