We love this place! I do believe the only place in town for Mapleview milk. There are dry bulk goods available. .56/lb all purpose flour. Fresh local eggs and locally made elderberry syrup. Also carried Mapleview cream and butter and Amish Butter.
I am so happy that Wake Forest has The Grain Mill. I purchase seeds and nuts for oatmeal, yogurt, salads. Dry beans are also a favorite and so many kinds to choose from. Various kinds of tea, cookies, ginger is my favorite. There is so much more to see and try. I hope I have enticed you to go, meet David, the owner, he is so nice and knowledgeable about all he sells. Located in the historical part of downtown Wake Forest adding more to the experience of shopping at The Grain Mill.

Our family absolutely loves this store! Every time we go in and shop we just get so excited to know there is a local Co-op that sells whole grains/nuts/beans in our area and we don't have to drive 30+ minutes to get there. Our favorite new item at the Grain Mill are the oats. For a few years now we have been buying our oatmeal at the store but just a few weeks ago made the switch and bought them here instead.
