I would give zero stars if possible! I have been trying all week to get my 79 year grandmother a phone call, not even an appointment with the Doctor as she had a bad fall and as per social works request, we need to talk to the Doctor to get the ball rolling with a few things. Not only do they not answer the phone here, even though when I went in person there was around 6 or 7 people in reception working there, and ZERO people in the waiting room, you still cannot get through.
