Yoga and pilates! I am so very glad I found The Graceful Yogi. This is a great studio with great people. I've had the opportunity to do in-person and virtual classes with Ann, and both formats are superb. The yoga classes are not your typical fast-paced flow, they are deep and great for all levels of ability. At the moment the pilates classes are my favorite. Ann is an amazing teacher! She studied anatomy, and it makes a difference. She truly understands alignment and will have you accessing the poses in the most helpful manner possible. An experienced and knowledgeable teacher, you will feel the difference in your body working with Ann.

I love my private classes with Ann. She customized them according to my needs and my level. Every week she adds something new to shake up the routine. My body got stronger and more flexible after a few weeks. Ann has also a fun and playful personality that fits perfectly to private classes.

A mixture of Yoga and Pilates. Ann has a wonderful way of instructing. She is supportive and informative. For me personal she had zoom classes almost everyday during the Covid shut down. It was a life saver. Now that the studio is open I am looking forward to doing privates. Ann is the best

I love this studio... The teachers are great, especially Ann. I feel so relaxed and grounded after her class. I recommend this studio for beginners and for established yoga practicioners... It's a special place.
