I am on my 2nd system from Grace 6 years ago I bought the Qnique 14+ and matching frame. I sold it to downsize and regretted that move. Then last year I bought the Hoop Frame and Qnique 15+ plus QCT5. I just recently upgrade to a full size used frame I found close to home. Grace support and customer support did an amazing job helping me with this older frame. Kudos to Grace Frame

I recently jumped in with both feet and bought a Q’nique 21 Pro, Continuum frame and all the accessories. I worked with Tennille at Grace and she was absolutely great to work with! We had a vacation coming up and so she held my order to ship until after I was back. The shipping was super fast. The folks at Grace Company have excellent customer service and I would highly recommend them.

You need to make sure your products come with adequate manuals and tutorials. I purchased the QCT5 and there are no tutorials that are installed on the software and I can get no help online. The hardware installation manuals are extremely difficult to follow. This has been a very bad experience all around. I am now told I cannot return the product since it is software. Unless I can get a manual or tutorials I will not be able to use this very expensive product. I am a VERY disappointed customer!
I have one of the big quilting frames of yours, the hand quilting one and it is awesome never have had any trouble with it, have had it for about seven years and love it
Every thing! the sales People, Mark, CJ, Kayla, are awsome. They love to share their knowledge. the customer service is top notch, they will get you to the right people to help you. And finally Tech support is so understanding. Tech support has the patience of no other! They never o ce made me feel stupid or unworthy of their time. A+ company.
