Do not buy from this company. Not end-user friendly. I purchased a Cutie frame in November, 2022. I started a quilt immediately. As I work full time and watch my grand kids, completing this quilt took some time. I started using the Cutie Frame in March of 2023. I discovered that the product is not as good as advertised. I spent more time readjusting fabric rather than top stitching. I tried to return the product to get my $600 refunded, the company refused due to the fact that the 30 day return window had closed. I can't believe it! I purchased a Q'nique 15R earlier this year. I totally broke two pieces on two seperate occasions & these people are so great, they sent me replacement parts immediately at no cost. They really care about customer service. Thank you Grace Company! Also, I love my Q'nique 15R!
RecommendedThey give excellent service to customers. I purchased a Qnique Quilting Machine 5 years ago. I had to call them several times with small problems. They talked me thru the solution and how to avoid mistakes later. I have made more than 100 quilts over the years and it always sewed beautifully. I have sold many quilts to friends and at Christmas shows. I had to send it back recently, for service for a serious problem. Have been trying to get a response out of them about purchasing quilt clips that don’t fit the Cutie frame. Want to return them as they were about $70 and haven’t gotten a response out of them at all. Ridiculous!

21Pro users... are you having troubles with your machine? My LQS in Alberta, Canada has sold 7 of these machines and all 7 of us are having no end of problems. The tech from my LQS has been great, but these issues are with Grace. And we are all getting very frustrated at the lack of permanent fixes. Here’s a list of problems, machine won’t turn on, machine won’t run, needle up/down button won’t work, bobbin warning won’t work, needle goes up/down 3 times when trying to stop. The list goes on.
