Had a really great experience at Gown Gallery, My cousin's fiance got her dress here and recommended GG. I made an appointment and found the customer service excellent! Heather really was attentive during my bridal appointment, and during a subsequent fitting for my bridesmaids. She found by far the best deal on bridesmaids dresses anywhere, and buying locally saved us lots of travel. She is even helping me get the dresses to girls who live in Edmonton and Sudbury. The owner was welcoming and helpful, I have two dresses I ordered with the gown gallery and I'm extremely impressed !
The attitude of the person providing service was incredibly rude. She obviously does not want to be in the service industry.
The lady running the store was rude. She did not show any interest in helping pick out dresses and made our brides first experience in picking dresses terrible. We will not be recommending this store to anyone!
