Website is so easy to use, with everything laid out clearly and easy navigation. The filter features are amazing! Fulfillment from ordering is incredibly quick, if I order at night (as I tend to, just personal timing), the order is out in the morning, and packages arrive extremely well-packed, with a nice touch! Pens, inks, and notebooks have all been in perfect shape and zero issues. FedEx priority option for Canadian shipping is much appreciated, thank you Goulet!
