This company planted a city tree on my front lawn in Hamilton Today. The young man that I spoke with was very informative on how to maintain the tree and was very knowledgeable on the specie. Within 30 minutes of arriving they had a beautiful London Plane tree planted. Cant wait to see it grow!
This company is incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. The foreman Quinton was arrogant, rude and disrespectful to my partner when she politely asked him to be careful of our truck when completing the work on our street. He was very aggressive and mouthed off at her which was completely uncalled for.Beware of this company.
This company was used by the City of Woodstock to do Boulevard tree planting. There were a few issues: Two trees were not aligned down the road as per where the city flag out after getting utilities marked They just threw the plastic trunk protector in the ground The root collar is 8" above the ground. UPDATE (This was previously a 1 star review): City came out and agreed that the trees were not put where flagged out, and agreed that the trees were planted too far out of the ground.
