Very friendly staff, easy to schedule and they do allow text messages for scheduling (perfect if you are hard of hearing or hearing impaired), the office is very clean and well maintained, and their prices are fair. I also appreciate that they let you check to see in between strips to see if you want more taken off rather than just giving you thin brows. Everything was clearly and effectively communicated to me and I never at any point did not know what was going on. Will definitely return.
