I scheduled a facial with this company and I received a call the day of my appt to say that it needed to be cancelled as there was an emergency. I was told I would be contacted the following day to reschedule. I never received a call so I called a couple days after and left a vmail. I still never heard back and even went to this location to try and rebook in person but the office is closed. I have tried to call since with no return call. I even paid half the amount due up front and am seeking to get a refund. I will never bo... read more
