Rude admin, hour plus waiting time to see an uncaring arrogant non English speaking doctor. Terrible service, do not go here
I found the receptionist to very uncompromising and rude, I spoke to my doctor, after discussing the issue I had with reception then to have had them send me letter telling me that they no longer would look after me, yet no signature to bottom, and to have not call back to discuss this all before a major op, that coming up, I had to then try to find a doctor to fill in the details to have them on board, ready for the operaton. My Regular Dr was on a Holiday. I rang sally on reception and she got me in couple hours later . My Dr was very very good. Highly recommend. Wheelchair friendly
